Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event equipment (provided by company)
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Operate provided audio/visual systems and lighting equipment
- Assist with registration and attendee management
- Maintain cleanliness of event spaces during shifts
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professional courtesy
- Collaborate with team to execute event timelines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow detailed equipment instructions
- Previous event experience preferred but not required
- Must pass basic background screening
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally
