Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and tear down event equipment (stages, AV systems, decor)
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and attendee flow
- Enforce safety protocols and venue guidelines
- Assist with vendor coordination and logistics support
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and clients
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate as needed
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility with evening/weekend availability
- Basic technical aptitude (AV setup helpful)
- Professional appearance and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Valid driver's license a plus
