Responsibilities
- Setup and breakdown of event equipment per venue specifications
- Operate provided AV systems, staging, and lighting equipment
- Manage guest registration and VIP area operations
- Enforce safety protocols for equipment usage
- Coordinate with vendors using provided communication devices
- Perform quality checks on all equipment pre/post-event
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with provided gear
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (equipment transport may be required)
- Basic technical aptitude with AV/staging equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Strong attention to detail in equipment management
