Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down event equipment including AV systems, staging, and lighting
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and attendee flow with provided technology
- Distribute promotional materials and branded gear as per event requirements
- Monitor equipment inventory and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with venue coordination and vendor communications
- Ensure all provided equipment is handled safely and stored properly post-event
- Provide exceptional guest service using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred but not required
