Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and break down event equipment including staging, lighting, and AV systems
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes using provided tablets
- Coordinate vendor deliveries and equipment logistics at event sites
- Execute crowd control measures and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Provide exceptional guest support with provided communication devices
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and condition reports
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work extended hours on feet
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Reliable transportation to various El Paso event locations
- Professional appearance and customer service demeanor
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
