Responsibilities
- Set up and operate provided event equipment (staging, lighting, AV)
- Manage guest flow and ensure exceptional attendee experiences
- Execute event breakdown procedures with provided tools
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain equipment integrity
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators
- Provide real-time troubleshooting for equipment issues
- Represent the brand professionally with provided uniforms
Qualifications
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (equipment transport may be required)
- Basic technical aptitude for operating provided equipment
- Reliable transportation to event locations
