- Operational Support: Monitor event areas to ensure safety protocols are followed and assist with crowd control or line management as needed.
- Logistics: Help maintain the event space by organizing materials, directing traffic, and ensuring the venue is clean and organized.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between event organizers and attendees, relaying important information clearly and professionally.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the company's professional image and brand standards during all assigned events.
Qualifications
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on event schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift light equipment (up to 25 lbs) comfortably.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
