Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, registration, and guest assistance
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage VIP guest experiences with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for flawless execution
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational challenges in real-time

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs
- Basic POS system proficiency preferred
- Ohio Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
