Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and energetic demeanor.
- Direct attendees to event areas, registration desks, and seating sections.
- Assist with crowd control and maintaining a safe, orderly environment.
- Set up and break down event signage, banners, and light equipment.
- Ensure all event spaces are clean, tidy, and meet our quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer general inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with Event Managers and other staff members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
