- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in with precision
- Oversee venue setup/breakdown and equipment logistics
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols at all events
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and event teams for flawless execution
- Monitor inventory and maintain event supply integrity
- Document incident reports and post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety and crowd management
