Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and assistance at assigned event stations
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Operate registration systems and check-in processes efficiently
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Set up and break down event infrastructure according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event support
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event safety procedures preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must pass mandatory background screening
