Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and VIP check-in with professional etiquette
- Direct attendees through venue layouts and answer event-specific inquiries
- Execute crowd control protocols to ensure safety and smooth flow
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with security teams during high-energy moments
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout event duration
- Assist with emergency procedures and first aid when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in hospitality or event services
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Ohio ID and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in various weather conditions
