Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in and registration processes with precision
- Manage venue setup/breakdown according to event specifications and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional support to all attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain order during high-traffic periods
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or event experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on short notice
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional demeanor with polished appearance
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd management
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass background check
