Responsibilities
- Engage with event attendees to promote brands and products in a friendly and professional manner.
- Set up and break down event stations, ensuring all materials are ready before the event starts.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and swag to potential customers.
- Answer questions from the public regarding event details, location, and product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the shift.
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with safety or crowd control measures as needed.
- Wear branded uniforms and maintain a high-energy presence at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekends and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Previous experience in event staffing or customer service is a plus but not required.
