- Manage crowd flow and provide directions to attendees.
- Answer questions regarding event details, catering, and location specifics.
- Monitor the event space to ensure safety and compliance with venue rules.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Flexibility to work at various locations in and around Bakersfield.
