Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and attendee flow at venue entrances
- Oversee event setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and decor placement
- Provide real-time assistance to guests including wayfinding and information dissemination
- Monitor crowd safety and enforce venue policies with professionalism
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event managers for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and merchandise sales at on-site stations
- Document incident reports and maintain venue cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic first/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 30lbs and navigate crowded environments
