Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow, check-ins, and venue access at high-traffic events
- Execute VIP protocols and premium service experiences for high-profile clients
- Coordinate with security, vendors, and venue management for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and de-escalate situations with professional composure
- Setup/breakdown event spaces including stages, décor, and interactive zones
- Monitor inventory for concessions, merchandise, and event materials
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible scheduling)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic crowd control and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate stairs/rugged terrain
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with RFID scanners or point-of-sale systems a plus
