Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences through attentive service and crowd management
- Set up, maintain, and break down event infrastructure per venue protocols
- Enforce safety guidelines and emergency procedures with precision

- Provide real-time support to attendees and event stakeholders
- Document post-event activities and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, security, or event coordination
- Valid Crowd Management or Event Safety certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied environments
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
