Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Provide exceptional customer service at event entrances and activity stations
- Execute setup/teardown of event infrastructure and equipment
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Assist with crowd flow management and venue navigation
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve on-site issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, etc.)
