Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance at event venues
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety compliance throughout events
- Coordinate with venue staff and event coordinators for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup, registration, and breakdown activities
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive interactions
- Enforce venue policies and emergency procedures as needed
- Support VIP guest experiences and special request fulfillment
- Report operational concerns and maintain detailed event logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid US work authorization and government-issued photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Must be 18+ years old and pass mandatory background check
- Previous Las Vegas Strip venue experience preferred
