Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to safety protocols.
- Maintain a high level of organization in the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Keep workstations and aisles clean and free of obstructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
