Responsibilities
- Lead evening/weekend operations team of 5-10 staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during all shifts
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Train new staff on safety protocols and company procedures
- Prepare shift reports and performance documentation
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
