Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 team members during peak evening/weekend shifts
- Ensure seamless customer service across dining and bar areas
- Handle cash operations and daily reconciliation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train new staff on service excellence and menu knowledge
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or retail management experience
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Michigan food handler permit
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
