Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out procedures during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table assignments for peak-hour efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain service standards across all departments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed
- Train and mentor new staff members on operational protocols
- Compile shift reports and provide actionable insights for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - midnight) and weekends
- Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in reservation software and POS systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
