Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Manage inventory restocking, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness during off-peak hours
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations during evening hours
- Assist with special weekend promotions and seasonal events to drive customer engagement
- Maintain security protocols during evening operations including cash handling and store closing procedures
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and implementing company policies
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 10 AM - 8 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation for flexible scheduling between locations
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset during high-traffic periods
