Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and professional attitude during peak evening hours.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and accurately.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization on weekends.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
