Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payments with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor store appearance and report maintenance issues to management.
Qualifications
- Availability to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
