Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions
- Stock shelves and manage inventory during off-peak hours
- Participate in team restocking and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
