Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client experiences through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Build client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty program enrollment
- Collaborate with team during high-traffic evening and weekend shifts
- Execute inventory management and stock replenishment procedures
- Participate in seasonal product launches and VIP events
Qualifications
- 1+ years in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Ability to work autonomously and in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license preferred for occasional errands
