Responsibilities
- Delight customers with exceptional service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management and product rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store manager
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols during operating hours
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (5 PM - 10 PM) and weekend hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
