Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and issue resolution
- Execute evening operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety protocols, and organized presentation standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Availability for evenings (4-11 PM) and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
