Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Assist customers with product selection and fitting room operations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions securely
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Reliable transportation required
