Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selections and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systemsMerchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/card transactions
- Restock inventory and organize stockroom areas
- Collaborate with team during peak evening/weekend rushes
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Weekend and evening availability (Fri-Sun, 3-10pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to downtown Columbus location
