Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during evening and weekend shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Coordinate volunteer teams and oversee community program delivery
- Ensure facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Train and mentor new staff members on standard procedures
- Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in supervisory or customer service roles
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (Thu-Sun) and weekend hours
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid California driver's license (if transportation required)
- Background check and drug screen required
