- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (5 PM - 11 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and maintain visually appealing store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal campaign setups
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members during peak traffic periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for consistent evening and weekend shifts
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable transportation to Phoenix location
