Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely handle forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and commitment to punctuality.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
