Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening and weekend shifts (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 8 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory management
- Contribute to store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Participate in brief shift handovers and team huddles
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
