Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during evening and weekend hours.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and maintain store organization to ensure a safe and appealing shopping environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and welcoming for all customers.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
