Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Operate opening/closing procedures including store security and safety checks
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 PM) and weekend hours (Sat/Sun)
- Enrolled in high school, college, or vocational program (students welcome!)
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
