Responsibilities
- Delight customers with product knowledge and personalized assistance during evening/weekend hours
- Maintain store appearance through merchandising, stocking, and visual standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Support inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Uphold safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Participate in team training and development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
