Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe shopping environment
- Support store operations during peak evening and weekend periods
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM-11 PM) and weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Positive attitude and reliability in fast-paced environments
