- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening (4 PM - 10 PM) and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store security procedures

Qualifications
