Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent product knowledge and presentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability for consistent evening shifts (Thu-Sun) and weekends
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
