Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms in pristine condition.
- Collaborate with the shift team to ensure all operational goals are met during busy periods.
- Stock merchandise and ensure product displays are appealing and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
