- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless service transitions
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn property management systems
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
