Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and inventory availability
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with frequent lifting up to 25 lbs
