Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with product inquiries and store navigation
- Maintain organized and visually appealing sales floor displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle returns/exchanges according to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Support promotional events and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work
- Flexible availability for evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from shifts
- Previous retail/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic setting
