Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Operational Support: Help maintain store organization, restock merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately at the register and handle customer inquiries regarding products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Shift Management: Adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, ensuring coverage and store operations run smoothly.
- Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to keep the store looking fresh and appealing to shoppers.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires; a positive attitude is all we ask.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during high-traffic seasons and holidays.
