Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions and handling payments securely.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professional problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our location in New Orleans.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new procedures quickly.
