Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and pack merchandise for delivery according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for site access.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
